Terms & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: July 2026

These terms explain how coaching with MM-Fitness works, what you can expect from me, and what I ask of you. By signing up and ticking to agree during onboarding, you accept these terms. If anything here isn't clear, just ask before you start.

1. The coaching service

MM-Fitness provides online fitness coaching — personalised training programmes, optional nutrition guidance, check-ins and messaging support delivered through this app. Coaching is guidance and education to help you train and eat well. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for care from a doctor or other qualified health professional.

2. Health & readiness to exercise

Before starting, you complete a health questionnaire. You agree to answer it honestly and to tell me promptly if your health, medications or circumstances change. If you have (or develop) a medical condition, injury, or are pregnant or postpartum, you should get clearance from your doctor before exercising, and you take part at your own risk.

Stop exercising and seek medical advice if you feel unwell, dizzy, or experience pain or discomfort. You are responsible for training within your own limits.

3. Payments & billing

Coaching fees and the payment schedule are as shown when you sign up. Payments are handled securely by Stripe; I don't see or store your full card details. Monthly plans renew automatically each month until cancelled.

I may change prices from time to time, but I'll give you reasonable notice before any change affects you, and it won't change the price of a period you've already paid for.

4. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel a rolling monthly plan at any time by giving at least 30 days' notice in writing (a message in the app or an email to michaeljack.morrison@gmail.com is fine). Your coaching continues until the end of the notice period, and you won't be charged after that.

Because coaching is a personalised service that begins as soon as your plan is prepared, fees already paid for the current period are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. Fixed-term packages (e.g. a 12-week block) are a commitment for that term. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

5. Your part

To get the most from coaching, I ask that you follow your programme sensibly, log your sessions and check-ins, share honest feedback, and communicate through the app. Results depend a great deal on your consistency and effort.

6. Results

I'll give you my best coaching, but I can't guarantee specific results — everyone responds differently, and outcomes depend on factors including your consistency, effort, sleep, genetics and adherence. Any examples or testimonials are not a promise of your results.

7. Photos, measurements & your data

With your consent, progress photos and measurements are used privately to track your progress. Your personal data is handled in line with UK data protection law and used only to deliver your coaching. I will only use your photos or results in marketing if you give separate, explicit consent — and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

8. Programmes & content

The programmes, plans and materials I provide are for your personal use only. Please don't share, resell or distribute them without my permission.

9. Liability

You take part in exercise voluntarily and at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MM-Fitness is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your participation, except where caused by my negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that can't lawfully be limited.

10. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms occasionally. If I make a significant change, I'll let you know. Continuing with coaching after an update means you accept the revised terms.
